We must get behind the team – A view from the stands

The club is currently going through a very tough time at the moment, with Ray Trew putting the club up for the sale, and, has not been aided by fans protesting and running around like headless chickens in the stands chanting un-needed verses; which only causes more tensions between the team and the fans.
Getting behind the team is crucial in order to keep the teams morale good; in order to ensure the players, want to play for Notts County. Disrespect has been showed over the past weeks to both the previous manager and the team which were completely unnecessary. However, as a fan, I completely sympathise with the fans as we have to admit it: the results have not gone the way in which we would prefer. But like what Jon Stead and now manager, Mark Cooper has said too, we need unity between the club, the players and the fans.
I feel it is just time to just support the team who we see play after so much frustration – Mark Cooper is the right person for the hot seat in the dugout; we must now support him and his decisions as the manager of the world’s oldest Football League club, even if this season has been up and down – consistency is all that is needed and I am positive Mark will provide such football.
I also think it is great to see Stanley Aborah training with the first team, no matter what has gone off behind the scenes whether on the Notts County training pitch, or at Meadow Lane, he shows a strong personality to come back in to training with the first team after having spells with the reserve team.
We should all thank Aileen & Ray for appointing Mark Cooper and Jason Turner to ensure the club has a positive future.
Come on you pies! Onwards and upwards!
