Saying bye is never easy, and to a player being with Notts County for so long, it truly is incredibly hard. The lad committed nine years of his life to Notts County and has decided to move his career on, to play for Forest Green Rovers; the deal was completed on the 9th of January, on a free transfer.
Hollis, making 98 appearances for Notts County, defined loyalty within the game. Scoring five for the Magpies in the process too.
The 25-year-old is known for being a true professional on and off the pitch, being a wonderfully kind individual; a character for sure, whom will be missed at Notts County Football Club.
Being a product of our academy, Hollis is one of the more high-profile players to come through the ranks, beginning his career with us all the way back in 2009 on a two-year scholarship deal.
Cheerio Haydn! Good luck for the future, and we wish you all the best with your new adventure!
