NCFCOSA’s AGM is to be held at Meadow Lane, on the 15th June 2018. Doors open at 18:00 with the meeting set to begin at 18:15. Entry is strictly for members and membership cards will be checked on the door to gain entry to the meeting; members must have held membership for the 2017/18 season.
The meeting will take place within the Sponsors lounge.
Those looking to stand for committee must be full paying members and also be nominated by a full paying member too. Nomination forms can be obtained from the Secretary; for more information regarding this, please send an email to [email protected] Nominations must be in 14 days before the AGM.
Members wishing to have their views addressed by the committee, are kindly requested to email their questions/recommendations beforehand to [email protected] – this must be 14 days prior to the AGM. Members are recommended to come with the necessary clarification, in order to have their view soundly heard and any matters arising promptly addressed.
