In August, last year, a small group of Notts County fans got together to form a ‘set-up’ group to bring about the Notts County FC Official Supporters’ Association. We undertook to recruit 100 members and then hold a democratic election to give them all an opportunity to elect their committee to take the Association forward.
We are now so close to achieving that target that we can announce that an Extra-ordinary General Meeting will take place in the Meadow Lane Sports Bar on Saturday, 29 March 2014, to bring in the first elected committee. All full members of the Association are very welcome to attend this important meeting. Tea and coffee will be served from 10.45 am and the meeting will start punctually at 11.00 am and finish at 12 o’clock, prior to the home match against Colchester United.
A full agenda will be published on our web-site but we can announce now that the draw for the ‘Shadow a Director for a Day’ prize will take place during the meeting.
A Committee Nomination Form is attached. If you would like to nominate, or second a nomination, to elect a fellow member to the Committee, please obtain the nominee’s consent and complete and return this form to the following address:-

The completed nomination form may be either sent by post or handed in to the NCFC Reception Desk, at the rear of the Derek Pavis Stand, but must be received by 10 March 2014. Registration for nominations will be closed at midnight on this date. A full list of nominations and the finalised agenda for the EGM will then be released to all members by 14 March 2014.
